The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

The Public and Professional Industries Faculty is looking for an ambitious Health and Social Care and Early Years Curriculum Manager to join the faculty on a permanent contract to manage Health and Social Care and Early Years programmes across both the Abingdon and Witney campuses.
Study Programmes to be managed include Health and Social Care in Early Years (Levels 1 & 2), T-Level Education and Childcare, T-Level Health and our Levels 4 & 5 in Early Years Foundation Degree and Early Childhood Studies BA (Hons). In addition, Levels 2 & 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning for Adult Learners.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and forward-thinking individual who can function effectively under pressure in a highly changeable environment and would relish the challenge of curriculum management. It is essential that applicants have a professional qualification and hold a teaching qualification. These need to be combined with excellent team leading skills. Teaching is required in one or more of these areas as part of this role and the successful applicant would be expected lead by example whilst implementing innovative teaching techniques.
A key member of the faculty management team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can lead, support and motivate others to achieve student success whilst ensuring excellent standards of Teaching, Learning and Assessment are maintained.
They will be excited about the opportunity to contribute to the development of the curriculum, and overall faculty, in relation to industry demands.
