What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of working with clients, escalation requests, and recredentialing requirements
- Mentor, coach and motivate the team based on prior experience, knowledge of the process, and learned best practices.
- Provide guidance with respect to WR questions and concerns related to transactions. Build process improvement and efficiencies around consistent themes and incorporate into training materials.
- Act as a SME in credentialing matters related to each business unit and provide guidance, updates and direction as necessary, in the absence of manager and/or for educational/developmental purposes.
- Participation in projects, process improvement initiatives and other group sessions or meetings as requested by Management.
- Responds to voice / written escalated inquiries consistently in a timely/professional manner.
- Proactively address process or communication concerns amongst all impacted parties (sales, BU, potential customer). Make recommendations to enhance on-going interaction and ensure compliance for improved customer satisfaction.
- Authentication of end users permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws
- Assessment of certified intended use of services and or products requested on more complex packages and/or packages from geographic areas outside US
- Examination and investigation via Third Party tools and/or resources; as well as research of online resources that can be used as compensating resource equivalent to third party tools and/or resources approved in the US
- Assessment and determination of Applicant’s business legitimacy based on local government requirements per applicable country
Impact You’ll Make:
- Performance of due diligence examination and or investigation on more complex cases as well as those involving additional geographic areas outside US
- Determination, verification and authentication of Applicant’s Federal, State, City/Municipal and other government regulatory requirements including those on international soil
- Enforcement of TransUnion policies regarding credentialing and ability to make recommended amendments to the same, based on working experience
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
