Full-Time Creative Services Manager

Thompson Coburn, a large full-service law firm with offices in eight (8) cities across the U.S., is in search of a Creative Services Manager to join its St. Louis, Chicago, or New York office as a full-time exempt employee. Under the leadership of the Marketing & Communications Director, the Creative Services Manager ensures the Firm distinguishes itself from its competition by conceptualizing and crafting unique, compelling work for various platforms. This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid-remote work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and proofs digital and print creative content, including but not limited to ads, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, videos, animations, fact sheets, and event-specific materials.
- Ensures consistency of brand across materials and platforms. Creates templates for internal and external products.
- Responsible for prioritizing workloads within the Creative Services team, efficiently managing resources and communicating consistently with internal clients.
- Maintains files of photos, ads, and other collateral. Edits video and photography from events. Regularly monitors inventory and updates collateral.
- Actively monitors and possesses a keen awareness of contemporary desktop and digital publishing methods, current technology and design tools, and best practices for leveraging tech and tools to feature content, efficiently deploy Firm resources, and effectively distinguish the Firm from its competitors.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a design and graphics role required, preferably in a large law firm or other professional services environment.
Compensation
For applicants that meet the experience requirements for the role and are physically based in New York City, the expected salary range is $87,000 – $109,000 annually upon commencement of employment. Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
