KEY FUNCTIONS:
- LGTBQIAA++ Counselor for Stonewall Liaison Project Lead Coordinator position between Stonewall Columbus and other community organizations
- Will attend public events and speaking engagements
- Requires ability to independently coordinate, schedule and maintain a flexible workweek
- Will coordinate and provide group therapy 2 evenings per week
- Will collect outcomes, open cases, assist with preparation of evaluation reports, schedule appointment and utilize EMR system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- LISW, PCC or IMFT credentialing required
- Ability to work independently required
- Diagnostic Assessment experience with use of ICD-10 & DSM-V to write psycho-social histories
- Experience counseling youth-adult age groups, as well as mental health or substance use disorder patients
- Ability to provide group therapy
- Must meet minimum requirement of 1,248 billable hours annually (104/month);
- Must meet company credentialing requirements;
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, automobile and excellent driving record are required; and
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
