Full-Time Corporate Lawyer
Job Description
Our customer, a top 50 national law firm, is looking to hire a talented Corporate Lawyer for a period of 6 months initially to work internally for the firm based in London. This is a fast-moving environment, working on a variety of complex legal matters. You will be working in a team of qualified lawyers initially remotely but then in one of the customers many offices.

This could be a fantastic opportunity if you are a transactional lawyer with equity capital markets (or other corporate & finance or tax) experience, with an understanding of stamp duty on shares issues preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
- At least 3 years post qualification experience with a major law firm and/or in house experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate solid M&A experience over your career to date.
- Private Equity and Capital Markets experience would be advantageous.
- Licensed Member of a bar of at least one state or UK / Common Law qualified
