COORDINATOR, APPLICATION SUPPORT

Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Application Support Coordinator acts as a subject matter expert for TIFF’s programming and event management system, Artifax, providing extensive training and user support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
- Providing end-user application training, support, and troubleshooting
- Comprehensive application and report testing
- Analyzing business processes and contributing to business solutions
- Supporting the writing and updating of system reports
- Developing end-user application manuals, instruction sheets, and automated training tools
- Administrative support as required
- Supervising and training data entry volunteers as needed
CONTRACT DATES OR START DATE:
- March 7, 2022 – March 7, 2023
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service focus and strong oral and written communication skills
- A passion for data management, data integrity, and organizational effectiveness
- A strong interest in TIFF’s programming and corporate initiatives
- Previous experience creating training manuals and business process documentation
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of application testing and data analysis
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constantly changing priorities
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience working with Artifax or other Event Management System/programming database is an asset
- Previous experience leading formal or informal training sessions, one-on-one or in small groups, is an asset
- Previous working experience with SQL and relational databases is an asset
- Experience working with and supervising volunteers is an asset
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
