Contract Support Team Leader

Newcastle Under Lyme – ST5 9QD

Up to £28,000 per annum

Full time / Permanent 

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Shift pattern – 9am to 5.30pm

Due to relocation we are currently looking to hire a Contract Support Team Leader. These roles will suit someone who can adapt within a fast paced, high volume environment. The Customer Support Team Leader roles will oversee a small team and support on delivering a high level of service.

Every day you will…

  • Oversee the Customer Support Team whilst inspiring and motivating team members to achieve great things
  • Remove\amend user access to systems as requested within appropriate governance and sign off
  • Produce monthly statement reconciliations for secondary agencies ensuring supplier accounts are up to date
  • Support with any billing issues raised by the team, and investigate any ongoing issues
  • Provide new agencies with system access where required and issue process and procedures document to new agency re compliance to Framework and Rate

  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive can-do attitude and high attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and experience of working with Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
