About M3O
M3O was founded by Rev angel Kyodo williams and David Perrin. M3O’s aim is to transform various mindfulness practices and teachings into a new vision called Mindfulness 3.0. Whether someone has never meditated before, or has years of experience with various traditions, Mindfulness 3.0 is inclusive at its core. It is grounded in a vision that integrates the history, techniques, ethics and a scope of mindfulness that meets us where, and as who, we are today. M3O is designed to enable anyone to step into, as well as grow into, a way of being that allows for integrity, presence and awareness to emerge. We are looking for human beings for whom this description sounds enticing, interesting, challenging as well as essential to the future of our world. Join us at this time as we rebrand our existing offerings to encompass this new vision.
