Your Role in our Mission:
Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Commercial Operations Manager. In this role, you will work with commercial leadership to manage the execution of our client’s procurement of our services, ensuring that it complies with the organisation’s procedures and industry standards. Other duties include assigning and delegating tasks across the organisation. The Commercial Operations Manager will support commercial teams during purchasing and sales negotiations. You will also act as the point of contact between Reward Gateway, its employees, and prospective/current clients and our Legal Team.

Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our Sales Team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 days per week.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Support deals through the sales life cycle and internal approval processes while partnering with the appropriate cross-functional teams.
- Highlighting and escalating concerns and potential solutions to our Legal Team
- Act as a client-facing subject matter expert on contract-related matters with the support of commercial leadership
- Assist in review and response to RFPs and RFQs, offering appropriate alternatives to contract terms and conditions
- Effectively prioritise and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities across a spectrum of complex business, strategic and contract issues
- Supporting the sales on the contract and quotation administration for enterprise clients and prospects
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interface with all levels
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment and under general supervision
- Strong understanding of commercial contract provisions and associated risks
- Ability to mentor within the Commercial Teams on company contract process and management
- Successfully accomplish work with a high degree of independence balance competing priorities with short lead times
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is required
- Experience with SalesForce.com is preferred
- Experience with DocuSign is preferred
- Experience in the creation, negotiation, preparation, administration, and monitoring of technology-related agreements
