Full-Time Clinical Research Lead
Job Description
HealthMode was created to improve clinical trials and healthcare through the development of digital patient measures. We develop products that collect patient data from real-world settings and transform them into quantifiable clinical measures providing evidence for clinical trials and patient care. We follow a 3-step product validation path, 1) product feasibility study, 2) data collection and model development, and 3) clinical validation. On this path, we develop industry and clinical research partnerships that support the development and adoption of the new measures. We integrate regulatory discussions throughout our process to speed up innovation adoption within the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a Clinical Research Lead to take charge of HealthMode’s mobile clinic project. You will be responsible for driving and operating the mobile clinic, scheduling and conducting physical and virtual study visits, provisioning mobile devices, delivering device-related training, and tracking device adherence, among other tasks. You will work closely with the project team at both HealthMode and our partner organization(s) to facilitate communication and smooth study delivery. This role is home based with up to 50% regional travel (NY, NJ, CT) with departures from Kenilworth, NJ.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing HealthMode’s mobile clinical site including driving the clinic to designated locations
- Scheduling and conducting physical and virtual visits with Parkinson’s disease patients and their caretakers according to study protocol
- Completing study visit documentation for each subject pair in the study
- Handover and collection of study devices
- Delivery of device training to study participants
- Participating in study meetings, and ad hoc clinical operations initiatives and programs.
- Ensuring study documentation at site is accurate and up to date.

You have:
- Up to date certification and state licensure as a nurse or emergency medical technician
- Previous experience in the field of clinical research
- Working knowledge and understanding of key regulatory authorities, ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional team members and external partners
- A valid US driver’s license
- Comfort driving an oversized vehicle
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
