Jefferson Healthcare has an exciting full-time position available as a Clinical Informatics Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Informatics Support Specialist, you will serve as a clinical and technical liaison to nursing, medical staff, and other patient care areas to coordinate and optimize various aspects of planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of clinical information systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex clinical operations and structure processes to facilitate decision-making regarding clinical systems. You will also utilize your knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine and design information processes, ensuring that information systems are consistent with professional standards of practice. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with the identification, evaluation, and assessment of new care delivery technology, and developing recommendations on the impact of integration with existing workflows and systems.

What you’ll need:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a current clinical license including but not limited to: RN, pharmacist, respiratory therapist, physical therapist required
- Current CPR/BLS (Healthcare Provider) required and ACLS may be required
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required or degree in progress with a definite graduation date
- Coursework in information systems or informatics preferred
- One (1) or more years of Epic experience preferred
- Master’s degree in healthcare informatics preferred
- One (1) or more years of Health Information System background and additional Information System experience strongly desired
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 8-hour day shifts expected Monday – Friday; exempt position.
