Join us at Embark Behavioral Health’s short-term young adult residential treatment program in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our dynamic team in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Director oversees the quality of clinical treatment by managing the clinical team and ensuring proper training and support of clinicians. The Clinical Director is a key member of both the clinical and program team, who embodies the core purpose of creating joy and healing generations. The Clinical Director will prioritize high quality trainings for program staff and therapists and the engagement and delivery of services. They will also assist the management of a robust outreach and marketing plan for their team. This position requires a natural “customer is king” and “hospitality” mentality to meet the needs of referents, parents, employees, and students in an evolving market. The Clinical Director is a leader with excellent experience and brings a collaborative approach to working with the team.
This position is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon and does not allow for remote work.
· Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists
· Collaborate with Executive Director, and other treatment team members to ensure continuity of supervision for therapists and best treatment for students
· Mediate, facilitate and coordinate conflicts that may arise between therapists or the clinical department and other departments
· Ensure therapists are in compliance with documentation and paperwork
· Participate in the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new therapists
· Provide therapeutic treatment for students as directed by the Executive Director
· Assist clinical and program team members by facilitating and holding on-call on rotation

Qualifications
The Clinical Director is creative, collaborative, relational, organized and driven. Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in family’s lives is required, along with exceptional interpersonal and relational sales skills. A successful Clinical Director will be able to hold the big picture with a balance of hands-on work towards development of staff and students.
Qualifications include:
- Master’s Degree and State Licensure Required
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with clients in applicable setting preferred
- Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and must be creative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certification
