Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a mix of Project Management and Account Management experience. And if you’ve line managed before, that’s a big plus.

A problem solver. If something goes awry, you’ve got the skills to diagnose the problem and suggest solutions to put it right.
A positive member of the team. You’re known for your way with people. You’re consistently approachable, calm and empathetic to others around you.
What will you be doing?
You’ll:
- Take briefs from our existing clients, and create pitches and proposals to respond to these
- Work with our creative team to cost projects, profitably and accurately
- Manage your projects from start to finish, writing scopes of work, creating timelines, and working with our scheduler to make these happen on time
- Keep your clients happy by delivering top quality proposals, work, and comms
- Keep track of financials by keeping on top of budgets, gross margins, and invoices
- Get feedback from your clients, and use it to spot other opportunities for us
- Be all over our CRM system, capturing the valuable information you have (accounts, contacts, opportunities) and keeping it up to date.
- Line manage a Project Coordinator.
