Full-Time Client Service and Support Representative
Job Description
Given the current circumstances, individuals will be fully working from home. Once business returns to normal, 100% remote or a hybrid working arrangements may be available.
We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Processing and Service teams. Positions are available in Calgary and Vancouver.

What You Will Do
Processing Team
Account administration and trade execution of transactions on our client’s mutual fund retail accounts.
Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of problematic transactions.
Advisor Service Centre Team
Provide premium customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound call centre.
Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their clients’ short-term and long-term investment strategies.
What We Are Looking For
College Diploma or University degree required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, back office operations or data entry, preferably in the financial services industry (student experience counts)
Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required (for bilingual roles)

Please note all roles require working rotating shifts – Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm EST for our Processing team or between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Advisor Service Centre.
