Are you a highly motivated individual ready to take on a brand new position? Our Business Office is seeking a Client Rates Intake Specialist to join our St. Louis Team. This role will play a key part in analyzing and processing changes to timekeeper rates, maintaining client data integrity, and becoming an expert in the overall rates processes. If you’re looking for a position where you can really take ownership, this may be the opportunity for you! After an initial period of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes and processes changes to timekeeper rates within Firm’s practice management software.
- Utilizes software to process client and matter rate intake information, in particular, Aderant Expert, Intapp Open and similar software to implement rates.
- Applies quality assurance review of client/matter rate information and ensures high levels of accuracy and completeness of information and adherence to Firm guidelines and procedures.
- Researches and responds to rate-related issues timely and effectively.
- Processes routine daily functions while resolving sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above-average critical thinking skills.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a business field such as business management, finance, accounting or economics preferred.
- Minimum one year prior rates intake experience required. Two years of experience within the business function or analytical function in a law firm or other professional services environment preferred.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills so as to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest confidence
