PURPOSE:

Oversee, develop project plans/processes, and implement existing and new programs through operational development, planning, implementation, testing and reporting. Contribute to profitability and value by assuring quality service to customers in accordance with business objectives and standards of excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages client implementations with specific customization needs for existing health programs.
  • Consults with client to recommend implementation model, timing of classes, acceptance criteria and determine custom needs.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and on-time delivery during the implementation process for assigned clients and projects.
  • Partners with senior team members to work cross functionally within the matrix organization to define, coordinate and manage client onboarding projects and deliver client programs. Collaborates externally with clients who are in human resources and/or technology roles.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and agendas.
  • Assist with developing documents for clients including communications, marketing, and strategic plans.
  • Demonstrates the ability to ask insightful questions that will identify opportunities to provide value added customer service to the client.
  • Assist with proactively managing contract finalization prior to data exchange.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients with eligibility file setup, document creation, whitelisting, and third-party integration.
  • Employ Wondr Health policies and procedures to execute all job-related responsibilities.
  • Coordinates and manages meetings and agendas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong customer focus. Provides customer service to provide timely, accurate, courteous, and appropriate responses to customer and internal requests.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time/deadline management, effectively manages expectations regarding deliverables, plans the work and works the plan.
  • Ability to provide sound consulting and advice to clients while considering all appropriate aspects of their situations to prepare communications materials and determine times lines to meet client goals.
  • Able to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and tasks. Ability to leverage available tools, support, and resources to complete tasks on time and within scope, comfortable with frequent changes and change management.
  • Demonstrable verbal & written communication skills, effectively summarizes meeting outcomes, high attention to detail.
  • Must become knowledgeable of and comply with Wondr Health’s security policies and HIPAA regulations, and any other pertinent applicable compliance regulations.
  • Ability to complete all tasks including the possibility of working extended hours if necessary.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and appropriate confidentiality in handling sensitive situations or challenges.
  • Ability to think creatively and independently to develop client solutions.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills to resolve client problems.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, open to learning, motivated to seek out information and knowledge, improving business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Truthful, dependable, leads by example, delivers promises effectively manages expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:   

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.

 Experience:   

  • 2+ years of previous client service experience. Health-related industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • 2+ years of project management experience 

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned to an office.
