Full-Time Client Advocate
Job Description
Who YOU Are:
As the Client Advocate, you’ll be an integral part of the company’s core operations team, and you’ll help us build strong relationships with our clients. You’ll be working with client stakeholders to identify issues (technical, contractual, logistical) and resolve them to mutual satisfaction, and you’ll ensure that the company’s consulting team is providing a quality service and representing OSC’s values and mission. We’ll count on you to ensure the success of our clients and their projects, and to monitor project resources and activities from start to finish. In addition, you’ll work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams, helping to identify opportunities for OSC to bring more value to our clients and potential clients.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Client Advocacy
- Understand clients’ domains and needs, find the ways we can provide value and empower them, and then develop plans to make it happen
- Be the “Voice of the Client” and provide ongoing internal feedback on how we can better serve our clients
- On-board new clients and proactively address current clients and projects at risk
- Build long-term relationships with our clients by delivering world-class customer service
- Program & Project Management
- Manage the initiation, planning, execution, and closeout phases of project and programs
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and resources, and provide accurate and timely reporting of project and program status
- Implement and manage changes and corrective actions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Work with Sales Integrator to shepherd clients through the procurement process
- Ensure contractual compliance
- Collaboration
- Assist our Business Development and Sales teams with new clients
- Work with our People Person to build high functioning teams, and monitor/maintain high levels of team and employee morale
- Work with Fulfillment Integrator to improve our delivery and strategically expand our capabilities
- Coordinate regular meetings with project team(s)
Things You Could Bring to the Team:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Understanding of Program and Project Management principles
- Prior experience as a Client Advocate, Client Relationship Manager, and/or Program Manager
- Technical background (although not necessarily in the areas of search and relevance)
- Consulting firm experience
