Part-Time Client Account Manager

Our team seeks an experienced Account Manager with marketing expertise and strategic facilitation skills. You will play a critical role managing high level relationships with our clients and ensuring we deliver a “WOW” experience from start to finish.
The Client Account Manager must be an organizational superstar who keeps projects and people moving forward. You will collaborate closely with our Brand Strategist to facilitate a unique brand journey for each of our clients, which include businesses, associations and nonprofits.
On our team, you’ll lead creative projects, collaborate with colleagues, bring fresh ideas forward, and elevate the quality of our strategic work, making an impact on the brands we serve.

What You Bring to Our Team: We need someone who can be 100% responsible for managing brand projects with excellence. 5+ years agency and/or project experience facilitating conversations at the C-Suite level and managing projects from start to finish.
Awareness + Personality

Facilitation + Project Management
- Co-Facilitator: In collaboration with our Brand Strategists, you have the ability to manage client conversations that keep the discussion moving and on pace. You are comfortable leading C-Suite level executives to stay out of the weeds and focused on the project.
- Project Management: Organize our team and all documents. Use Google Drive and Asana to set up all internal items as they relate to each new client/project. Handle all client communications.
- Mercury Method: You will follow our signature Mercury Method and be able to adapt and refine it based on the specific client’s needs/circumstances. You will see opportunities to refine or add tools to our Method.
- Relationships: Build trust with our clients, deliver a WOW experience, and create opportunities for them to continue our partnerships.
Systems + Technical
- Confident with all Apple devices and apps as well as Google Workspace
- Bonus experience: Asana, Slack, and Association Management Platforms

Your Time + Compensation
This is a part-time employee position that we expect to grow into full-time. Part-time salary starts at $42,000 with flexible work hours that will range from 25-30 hours/week. With the right candidate, we are also open to discussing immediate full-time work and salary. Mercury will provide the equipment and materials you need to be successful working from home, as well as PTO, reimbursements for phone, healthcare, and “Play” a Mercury Core Value.
