Engelberth Construction is looking to fill the position of Chief Estimator. This individual will have at least 8 years of architectural/structural estimating experience for institutional or commercial building projects.
Responsibilities include leading the project estimating effort, preparing estimates, performing value engineering and constructability reviews, managing the bid process, and reporting for executive and senior management.
Must be proficient in Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Take-Off, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Engineering background preferred. Strong communication skills with subcontractors, consultants and owners is a plus.
