Full-Time Change Practitioner
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners has joined forces with one of our banking and finance clients in Tempe, AZ in search of their next Change Practitioner! The ideal candidate would have a strong background in change management planning and communication. This position is 100% remote due to COVID-19, however, applicants must be located in Arizona. Responsibilities:
- Deliver change management plans and communication strategies for organizational-wide initiatives supporting transformation
- Assist in building the organizational change management capability throughout the technology division
- Support the Product Owner with change management plans for Transformation teams working in an agile environment
- Define an organizational change management plan, communications, and training strategies
- Work with various teams in an agile environment; develop updates on required deliverables surrounding identified change management activities in bi-weekly sprints
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments and functions
- Create and implement communication strategies that leverage various channels to address the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Craft messaging strategies to manage and increase awareness of organizational development work efforts
- Develop change management communications to support the adoption of organizational transformation initiatives
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality communications to support change management plan deliverables using various media mechanisms such as company-wide announcements, presentations, speaking points, working sessions, etc.
- Prioritize and execute tactical tasks and deliverables working in an Agile environment
- Support in the development of user stories in JIRA to track progress and milestones
- Establish collaborative working relationships with the project team and other key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
