Full-Time Case Manager at Women’s Supportive Housing
Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION: Provide trauma-informed case management services designed to prevent homelessness and stabilize housing for residents. This includes assessment, information and referral, goal setting, direct advocacy, cooperative case planning, and coordination of services. The Case Manager will assist and empower residents to make necessary connections with community providers to stabilize their lives. This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU).
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Since 1999, Cascade Women’s Program has provided a safe place to live and access to vital resources for homeless women in Seattle. The program provides 32 units of permanent housing for women, along with case management and support from a skilled, compassionate staff.

LOCATION: South Lake Union neighborhood in Seattle, WA
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Sunday 7:15am-3:45pm, Monday-Wednesday 9:30am-6pm, Thursday 9am-5:30pm with biweekly staff meeting 2nd and 4th Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am
SALARY RANGE: $19.32 (Level 1) or $20.89 (Level 2 – MSW or other relevant clinical master’s degree) per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree strongly desired, in human services or psychology, a plus. Master’s degree preferred in social work or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in case management experience, desired.
- 2+ years’ experience working in a human services setting related to housing and homelessness, desired.
- Demonstrated familiarity with issues of homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, sexual assault, and/or domestic violence, required.
- Or relevant work experience, certificate and/or equivalent continuing professional development or education.
