Full-Time Care Co-ordinator – Salford Quays
Job Description
CRG Homecare are recruiting a Care Coordinator in Salford Quays to assist with the management of a range of care packages and oversee the provision of high quality care to a range of service users.
CRG Homecare provides domiciliary care, supported living and support services to adults, the elderly, children and young people, within the comfort and security of their own homes and within the community.
CRG Homecare can provide basic personal care through to more intensive support covering ABI, learning disabilities, autism and mental health. These services range from drop-in services to full 24/7 support packages.
Duties and Responsibility’s include:
- Planning rosters and allocating shifts of work to domiciliary carers
- Liaising with local authorities and health professionals
- Manage initial care assessments and spot check on care packages
- Assisting with the promotion and growth of new care packages
- Ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to agency staff and clients at all times
To apply for this role you will need:
- Level 2 (Progressing to Level 3) NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a care provisory setting
- Excellent planning and time management skills coupled with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with healthcare workers, service users and local authorities
- The ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment
