The working pattern is 7.5 hours Monday-Thursday and 7 hours on Fridays

Abingdon & Witney College are looking for an innovative and driven individual to join a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement and delivering an excellent service. The successful candidate will contribute to process improvements for our learners, our staff and our external stakeholders.
As an active and influential member of the team you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving and developing solutions that support our strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in high priority initiatives and work collaboratively with other departments in the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for technology, customer service, creative solutions and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
With a sound understanding of business analysis techniques, you will organise and facilitate requirements gathering, capture and translate business needs, create process maps, perform cost benefit analysis and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.
