As a member of the Information Technology team, this position is accountable for the following:
- Works closely with Project Manager/Team Lead to ensure timely completion of project deliverables and milestones;
- Works closely with stakeholders (business stakeholders, senior team members and other SMEs,) to understand and capture business needs, define requirements and business processes in relation to new and existing systems and projects;
- Documents business processes for new and existing systems, actions change management documentation;
- Analyzes and assesses dependencies and impacts of proposed changes on existing and planned applications architecture; prepare to-be processes that increase efficiency, throughput, or capability;
- Participates in project review to ensure that specifications are correctly interpreted;
- Creates comprehensive acceptance criteria and test steps to provide QA and business teams expected results for success in relation to product, performance, user acceptance and operational acceptance testing;
- Coordinates and/or execute test activities including user acceptance testing, and document results;
- Creates documentation such as but not limited to business requirements document, business process maps, jurisdictional scan, business case etc.;
- Prepares work estimates, plans, and schedules for front end design work, options development, and handover to production;
- Performs analysis, design, testing and implementation of client requests;
- Contributes to best practice and provides input to policy, standard, and methodology development as required;
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years specialized post-secondary diploma in computer studies or Information Technology;
- Minimum of Four (4) years related job experience;
- Experience and knowledge of business solutions, software and applications such as HRMS, POS, CRM, Inventory Management, Merchandising, & Financial;
- Highly skilled with time management. Comfortable being assigned to multiple projects at one time;
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office including Visio and Project;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies, and terminologies;
- Demonstrated ability to explain technology concepts to non-technical people;
- Able to prioritize competing requests in a deadline driven environment;
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and consulting skills.

Salary: CG39: $65,065.00 – $72,818.20 Annually
