About the Role
You will
- Design and implement the business operations processes needed to scale Via Separations effectively and efficiently (e.g., budgeting and expense tracking).
- Engage key internal and external stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions.
- Leverage your analytical skills to evaluate company performance and develop and track KPIs.
- Ensure that we fulfill our recurring reporting and registration requirements
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and coordinate the implementation of new software and security programs.
- Produce and maintain business operations reference documents, SOPs and other collateral.
- Launch Via Separations’ public presence ahead of Series C fundraise
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years experience in a business operations role or similar. Alternatively, an Associates degree and 3+ years experience or no degree and 5+ years experience is acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational processes
- Strategic thinker willing to implement and execute
- Ability to execute effectively with limited guidance and in ambiguous situations
- Extremely versatile and agile
- Biased towards action
- U.S. Work Authorization is required for this role
