Business Development Specialist
Zero Hour Health is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to assist our growing business development team. You’ll cultivate warm leads after marketing events, follow up on leads that come through social media, our website, and other outbound marketing, and will have a role in qualifying, setting up appointments, interacting with potential clients, and identifying high quality leads. In your day to day you’ll maintain a Hubspot CRM, support posting on social media and our website, attend and follow up with leads from trade shows and conferences (when it’s safe to attend), and provide analysis and recommendations on the performance of various lead-generating content and activities. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer, and works closely with our CMO consultant. You’ll have direction and support from the ZHH management team to develop and refine the process.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.
- Assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system.
- Obtain critical information about new client opportunities and schedule appointments and provide follow up activities.
- Support with posting on social media and our website, and assist with other lead generating activities like webinars, events, and more.
- Become an expert in the latest product features and platform improvements
- Project manage various partner-focused initiatives including workshops, events, and similar scalable programs.

What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or client development.
- Relationship management experience via customer support, sales, or client development at multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM required.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), LinkedIn, Zoom, MailChimp, and other relevant tools.
- Data analysis skills. You can analyze which methods work best for generating and converting leads, and help proactively determine the path forward based on what works.
- Goal orientation. You’re not just a cog in the system here, you’re an integral part of our success as a growing business, and you’re driven to help us achieve our goals.
- Excellent prioritizing and project management skills, with experience account planning and managing internal and external goals and expectations.
- Strong writing skills. You sweat the small stuff and love a good Oxford comma.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills. You can set up and close appointments by phone without breaking a sweat.
- Resourcefulness. If you don’t know an answer, you use what you’ve got to figure it out.
- Flexibility and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a rapidly changing, small team environment
- Growth mindset and excitement to learn from others.
- Industry knowledge of digital media, online video, or similar content is preferred.

- Salary range of $65,000-$78,000 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
