“This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.”

Job Description: As a Business Analyst you will work closely with the Product Management and Quality Compliance teams ,soliciting requirements, document and translating User Requirements into design/ functional specifications. Incumbent will ensure system process mapping and business requirements are to be well documented in order to deliver high quality solutions. You will also help improve efficiencies and quality of documentation within the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Function as a liaison among Business System Owner, Process Owner, and IT Capability Owner
• Be a source of business function knowledge for IT groups
• Drive the requirements solicitation process, develop, and document detailed business requirements, process workflows (Swim-Lane), user stories
• Ensures understanding among technology partners, contributes to training development
• Work with cross functional team to develop use case scenarios for UAT, lead the business in User Acceptance activities for project implementation.
• Manages requirements changes and perform requirement Impact assessment in overall Change management effort.
• Conduct End-user / Site lead demos for the system for new Capability/releases
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of the requirements process to drive prompt and efficient validation processes
• Confirm consistent traceability of design documents to functional business requirements
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements for risk-based validation testing based on impacting government regulations
• Assist the technical writer in developing documentation for various application workflows
Scope:

• Support for the following projects
o Veeva
QualityDoc
Quality Risk Management (QRM)

Skills/Knowledge Required:
• Project experience with COTS and Web-based , SaaS platform requirements, design, or development
• Understands fundamentals of Unit, System, Integration testing
• Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or similar process mapping tool )
• Working knowledge Blueprint and Client ALM a must, Jira a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Principles
• Experience in IT within a GxP environment.
• Ideally experience should range from enterprise resource planning applications, Quality Systems, Document Management Systems, Learning Management System , Lab Systems
• Ability to follow pre-determined schedules
• Ability to work strategically and independently with internal and external groups on multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach necessary
