We’re seeking a future BSA/AML Reporting Manager to join our Pershing team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a team within Pershing’s BSA/AML Reporting Function that is responsible for the investigation and applicable reporting of potentially suspicious activity, while remaining responsibility for ongoing compliance with key laws, regulations and policies affecting Pershing’s businesses.
- Collaborates with relevant Pershing clients with respect to the potential reporting of suspicious activity to FinCEN.
- Maintains strong relationships with regulators and government officials and appropriately escalates issues raised by these contacts to more senior managers.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops professional staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team and/or lead. Provides feedback at the most critical times.
- Final reviewer of all Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and No SAR decisions for Pershing LLC
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects including AML Uplift, Policy and Procedure Updates, and Program enhancements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- MBA or professional certification preferred.
- 10-12 years of total work experience, with 1-3 years of management experience, preferred.
- Financial Services, Audit or Compliance background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred
