Full-Time Branch Manager
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, manages overall operations of branch office including all
phases of lending, collecting, and direction of office staff.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, directs, trains, and manages branch personnel with supervisor direction
and assistance
Maintains office cash with accuracy and security; delivers bank deposits to the bank
as needed
Achieves account gain through proven loan judgement and effective customer
solicitation
Develops and maintains customer relations
Ensures compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company
policies
Ensures prompt completion of loan process
Minimizes delinquent debt through collection activities both by verbal and written
communication
Ensures compliance with company record-keeping procedures
Ensures reporting of branch figures to corporate office for accounting purposes
Attends work promptly and regularly and works overtime as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience with customer service
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to obtain license, certification, and/or governmental approval to provide
ancillary products and services, such as insurance or tax preparation, as applicable
Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable automobile for business use;
including, but not limited to, delivering bank deposits and conducting marketing visits
Computer literate with ability to operate a ten-key calculator
Attend training and meetings as needed; may require travel and overnight stay
Ability to work in a stressful environment and adhere to strict timelines and/or
deadlines
Must work directly with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle simple monetary transactions
quickly and accurately

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in an office and consistently operates a computer and other office
productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
This position frequently operates a standard telephone.
This position requires the ability to operate a vehicle, walk on uneven ground and climb
small stairs for daily duties.
Requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Completion of training period as Assistant Manager with demonstrated managerial
ability OR previous finance and managerial experience
High school diploma or equivalent
