Full-Time BOM Analyst

As a BOM Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support order management, manufacturing, and material requirements.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by helping to ensure the end customer gets what they requested in a timely manner.  The team you will be working with has a long tenure and attributes that to the opportunity to be exposed to various departments, challenging work, and friendly culture.

So, what will you be doing as a BOM Analyst?

  • Modify or create bills of material, record BOM change or creation requests.
  • Collaborate with teams of engineers, procurement, sales, and project managers to ensure quality and accuracy for production.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process, and quality system.
  • Provide detailed feedback to the team for quality improvements and verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Control further processing, delivery of installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • Understand and practice the policies and procedures for LP’s Management System, Manufacturing Resource Planning, and Continuous Improvement.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent organizational skills (detail-oriented)
  • Good technical and math skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (specifically Excel)
  • Proficient in planning and management
  • Strong communication skills

  • College degree and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
