Full-Time Behavioral Health Treatment Team Supervisor
Job Description
Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Counselor with solid adult severely mentally disabled and substance use disorder experience to manage a community treatment team of 10 individuals. Team requires intensive outreach and support services; may require crisis intervention as necessary. Duties include training staff, meeting administrative needs, day-to-day organization and direction, caseload assignment and review and progress reviews.
Requirements:
- Masters’s level degree with LISW, PCC or IMFT credentialing preferred, or
- Minimum of Bachelor’s level degree with LSW, PC or MFT accepted;
- Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated supervision experience;
- Ability to work independently required;
- Conflict management & resolution, skill building and the ability to motivate and lead staff members to achieve goals is essential;
- Must meet agency credentialing requirements; and
- Subject to criminal background check and mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
