Magnet Media is seeking a talented and experienced B2B Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing strategies.
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes both our newsletter and our direct email campaigns –specifically: managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging the latest techniques and technologies to drive audience engagement and growth in our sales team’s appointment setting.
Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of B2B customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Job Functions:
- Understand the modern marketer –our target audience– and their interests, needs, pain points
- Demonstrated ability to use that knowledge to craft smart content, email subject lines and personalized offers that produce high open and click through rates
- Build, grow and maintain our email list
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns (including testing formats, landing pages/CTAs, subject lines and content)
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on meeting-setting from direct email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Integrate use of AI and other emerging productivity tools in ways that respect IP and our target audience’s inboxes
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
- History of delivering results –especially meeting-setting and engagement
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Hubspot
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience with B2B email campaign design + execution
- Goal-oriented / Performance driven
