Full-Time Associate Product Manager
Job Description
Terminus is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to execute on the product roadmap for the Ad Experiences business unit.
The Associate Product Manager (PM) will have a wide range of responsibilities and will primarily focus on bringing best-in-class software to market. The Associate PM will be responsible for taking the roadmap vision, break it down into detailed requirements, collaborate cross functionally with various teams, ensure software quality, and bring it to market. The Associate PM will be the subject matter expert of the product lines under the Ad Experiences business unit.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that is constantly shifting due to market demands and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Product Leadership to execute on the product strategy and roadmap for Ad Experiences
- Develop a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights on how the product is used, and help validate problems and ideas
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define and document detailed product requirements.
- Track deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, and risks to ensure product development is on track.
- Lead User Acceptance testing to the ensure quality and user experience meet the desired outcomes
- Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Enablement, and internal teams to prepare detailed Go To Market plans
- Partner with Enablement to write detailed product documentation for internal use and for customers
- Help shape our Roadmap through thoughtful input based on customer and market feedback
- Triage and prioritize software bugs and improvements that can be made to the product lines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- You have excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Terminus, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adroll, Demandbase, Engagio, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot
- Knowledge of AdTech ecosystem and/or programmatic industry strongly preferred; comfort with online advertising metrics and KPIs required
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams to find solutions to large, complex problems.
- Experience in developing go-to-market release plans
- Proficient in G-Suite, spreadsheets, and slide presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
