We are currently looking to recruit for an Associate Employee Relations Advisor, who will work in conjunction with our People Partnering and People Services teams. You will support in building ER capability across the group, by proactively addressing ER concerns by utilising ER procedures.

Every day you will…

  • Provide advice on best practice and manage all aspects of Employee Relations for all staff.
  • Support managers with less complex sickness review meetings in line with policy.
  • Undertake compliance reviews of sickness and return to work interviews, liaising with manager to ensure the correct process is followed and recorded.
  • Provide general advice on People policies and procedures.
  • Manage and administer Occupational Health processes and Subject Access Requests

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • Proven and up to date knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
  • Interest in developing a career in ER, (Able to undertake CIPD level 3/5 if desired)
  • Experience of interacting with and providing a service for senior managers.
  • Experience of supporting and advising managers on a wide range of employment/people management matters.
