Associate Director of College Counseling and Student Engagement
Ball State University
The Indiana Academy is a two-year residential school for academically gifted high school juniors and seniors located on the campus of Ball State University. Created by the Indiana Legislature, one of the Academy’s tasks is to support gifted education throughout Indiana. This position is the point person for all college counseling at the Academy. This position is needed to ensure each student receives the college counseling services they need to be successful.

Position Function: Manage operations and services of college counseling and student engagement initiatives; provide a comprehensive program to foster Academy student success and college readiness.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution. At least two years of experience in counseling high school or college students about college admissions, choices, scholarships, and financial aid.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with high ability and twice-exceptional students.
