Spend your days:
- Partnering with the Account Director to lead the creative effort for a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients to gain their trust, identify opportunities and grow their programs
- Leading campaign concept sessions, fearlessly presenting new ideas and giving insightful feedback that aligns with the overall strategy
- Collaborating with the team to deliver a cohesive strategy for client programs; coaching and mentoring junior designers
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects ensuring that your team members have what they need to keep moving forward
- Cutting loose with a joke to break up an intense day
What you’ll bring to the table:
- An undergraduate degree in interactive media, digital marketing or closely related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role leading the creative team within a highly interactive, technology-driven digital agency – ABM experience is a must!
- Strong B2B portfolio that proudly boasts your exceptional work and pride of ownership
- Hyper creativity with contagious excitement about reinventing creative within B2B – your goal is to win awards our work
- Comprehensive experience in an environment where you contribute to the strategic direction of an integrated marketing strategy and then lead us through that journey
- A confident and elegant communication style – able to support recent shifts in both B2B marketing as well as the Martech landscape in general
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and reveal key insights
- A crazy passion for modern marketing – you can’t get enough of the trends, technology, and emerging best practices
