Job Description:
- Clerical Associates provide general clerical administrative support to departments by operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing and records systems and preparing material such as routine reports and correspondence.
Essential Functions:
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and similar systems.
- Communicate with others to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
- Route incoming mail, answer correspondence and route internal inventory.
- May compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with standard office equipment
- Experience with Microsoft office Suite
Experience:
- 3-5 Years in an administrative or clerical experience
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications/Certificates:
- Loading /Splitting Medical Records
- Loading Spreadsheet Data into proprietary database and create inquiries from data
- MS Excel Experience – MUST have basic excel experience (data organization, filter, how to cut, copy, paste, sort, delete columns and make sure the data is aligned correctly in the cells)
