Contract length: 05 Months

Job Description:

  • Supports Company’s ACA Risk Adjustment Program including operational retrospective activities. This includes but not limited to Provider outreach, medical records chart retrieval, supporting campaign volumes, strategies and timelines, as well as coordination with external Vendors and internal Company Medicare Risk Adjustment, Stars and Quality/HEDIS Teams.
  • This role will drive all chart procurement efforts with the providers for ACA Risk Audits and HHS RADV.

Essential Functions:

THIS IS A CLERICAL POSITION.

  • Must be skilled in Excel, accurately logging information, filtering information within spreadsheets, and creating spreadsheets, while maintaining the integrity of the information in the spreadsheets.
  • Must be experienced with renaming electronic files accurately and storing them in the prescribed locations with minimal errors.
  • Must meet established productivity and accuracy standards within 2 weeks of start date.
  • Must make telephone calls to physicians’ offices to retrieve information for medical records.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pound boxes of paper.
  • Must assist team with all clerical duties required.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and stay on task through completion of assigned duties.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to move to and from different work tasks quickly to accomplish needs of the team.
  • Must be self-motivated to request or take on additional work and not wait for work to be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with standard office equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Pro (ability to split PDF files)
  • Good phone etiquette

Experience:

  • 0-2 Years in an administrative or clerical experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Required

  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Adobe
  • Organization/Documentation
  • Strong Communication written and verbal

Preferred:

  • Health care experience
