Full-Time Assistant Vice President, Business Systems Analyst II (Req# 581)
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to business stakeholders; gather and analyze requirements and map to solutions that leverage nCino/Salesforce functionality.
- Develop the business backlog, work with stakeholders to set priorities and develop plan to address within strategic roadmap.
- Manage nCino user request cases daily, categorize and complete within authority. Assign to administrator or business resource for review when required for validation and closure. Ensure timely decisioning and execution.
- Liaison between the business line, vendors, and technology to track and report status of system improvements
- Manage release testing, partner with business line to create and execute UAT testing. Meet all deliverables required of technology partners for deployment.
- Effectively communicate system functionality best suited to satisfy business requirements.
- Monitor production activities in order to uncover and resolve data issues
- Establish and implement business and/or functional requirements and procedures
- Recommend improvements and efficiencies to the workflow and processes
- Assist with the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Develop training content in partnership with business line SME’s.
- Provide support and assistance for other projects the team is working on.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of equivalent job-related experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial loan origination process
- Experience in Agile project management preferred.
- Experience in software implementation and configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience with CRM systems or loan origination systems.
- Experience with Salesforce and nCino.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and technical acumen.
- Ability to effectively lead and work with individuals and groups at various levels in the organization.
- Understands the definitions and configurations of business parameters related to commercial loan origination.
- Organizational skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
