Assistant Brewer

 

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working kombucha lover to join our team full time as an Assistant Brewer.

 

The candidate must be looking to embrace the thrills and chills of start-up life. This is an early team role we are looking to fill and a fantastic opportunity to enter a small but fast-growing company and to be a major part of its success and development.

 

The role will be based in London’s New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall, London, UK

 

WHAT IS MOMO KOMBUCHA

To achieve that we brew the old-fashioned way in small glass jars and leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. YOUR ROLE

Your main tasks will be:

 

  • Assisting our brewers in brewing & packaging our kombucha
  • General brewery cleaning & organisation
  • Maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the brewery 
  • Taking regular fermentation readings and inputting them into our digital system
  • Warehouse management and inventory/stock management
  • Maintain health & safety and cleanliness in the warehouse 

 

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £23,500. 

 

This is an entry-level position and formal training/previous brewery experience is not required. A passion for kombucha is a significant bonus. 

 

The role requires some heavy lifting and manual handling. The role requires a high attention to detail, and you need to be comfortable working both independently as well as in a team.
