Location: Home based with frequent travel to our office and locations in Gloucester
Salary: £52,773 per annum
Contract type: Permanent, 37 hours, Trust Based Working

The Opportunity
We’re looking out for our next leader, responsible for heading up our Asset & Sustainability team. You’ll lead your team and work with key stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team peers to promote a positive and inclusive culture that enables seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience that is felt by our customers.
Asset & Sustainability is the heart and soul of GCH and plays a huge role in the success of the organisation.
This post will be responsible for the delivery of all data strategies across the business to improve data collection/quality of our stock, delivery of capital investment programmes ensuring we continue to achieve Decent Homes and delivering all relevant programmes of work to achieve EPC by 2030
You’ll play a key role in the strategic direction of our Asset & Sustainability service, sharing your vision, passion and purpose as the team enters a crucial period in its journey. This is a real opportunity to put your vision into practice across our services, making a real difference to the lives of those in our communities.
Overall Purpose: To lead, manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of GCH’s Asset Management Strategy and capital investment programme ensuring GCH continues to achieve Decent Homes and meets the challenges of decarbonisation within the competing requirements of our 30-year business plan. The Asset and Sustainability Manager will be expected to build strong links with stakeholders across the directorate to ensure a seamless repairs and investment service to our customers.
