We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the College’s Business Development Team as an Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator.
A significant part of this role will involve supporting local businesses in the recruitment and selection of suitable apprentices to fill their vacancies.
Whilst working very closely with the Business Development Executives and Administrators, you will ensure applicants put forward for roles are appropriate for the role through conducting interviews and assessments in a professional and timely manner. This role will also include the completion of the apprenticeship paperwork, working closely with the wider Employer Services department to ensure the successful enrolment of apprentices.
Additionally, you will support the Business Development Team in the promotion of apprenticeship programmes and vacancies, to both internal and external stakeholders at the College Open Days and careers events across Oxfordshire.
You will be well organised, enjoy working as part of a team and have exceptional communication skills. IT literacy skills are also a must for this role.
