Full-Time Application Support Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking two Application Support Engineers to join our Information Technology team.
The Application Support Engineer supports the company’s mission-critical applications using advanced tools like Robotic Process Automation, Microsoft PowerApps tool sets, Azure SaaS services, OutSystems low-code system, Flowgear iPaaS, and more. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining support applications, log analysis, issue identification, and remediation.
Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s in-house developed applications.
- Administer and resolve issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis ranging in complexity from medium to high in the application domain.
- Use modern technologies to develop automation and increase efficiency, including low-code/no-code, iPaaS, and DevOps tools.
- Work closely with the Product development teams to understand the operational needs of each production application.
- Document work processes for easy maintenance, transition, and governance needs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Microsoft .Net framework, .Net core
- Experience with Web Services, RESTful services
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Excellent communication, analytical and technical problem-solving skills
