Aon is looking for a National Manager, Reporting & Analytics

This critical role requires balance of high technical skills and support of developing staff in team environment. Our ideal candidate has the ability to simplify complex problems and provide understandable solutions to broad business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Broking Revenue Management & Reporting for all ARS Canada, including Financial Accruals & Journal Entries.
  • Oversight in Canada of data housed in RiskView, QlikView and other platforms used by National Broking, Strategy and Operations team
  • Create innovative reports for use by all levels of the business
  • Identify process bottlenecks and reorganize or automate to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and influence change within a matrix reporting environment

Qualifications

  • Expert Excel and SQL/Database management required
  • Project management background would be an advantage
  • Strong analytics background, with ability to turn raw data into actionable information
  • Familiarity with systems used by Aon Canada required, with strong preference for those with solid understanding of Xpress, RiskView, QlikView, SSRS, GCP.
