Job Title : Aircraft Records Analyst – DFW (ONSITE)

Serve as a team member on the Aircraft Records Department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
Organized, attention to details, great level of accuracy in work required.
Ability to research and audit is helpful.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the Aircraft Records department
• Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the Time Control System
• Updates computer status and responds to all alerts
• Identify and obtain corrections to discrepant records
• Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data updates
• Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed
• Process component removal and installation records
• Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
• Distribute and retain documents as required by FAA policy
• Set up/install inspections in computer system
• Complete other assignments and projects as directed
• Position is very critical to accuracy as the results are projected out to aircraft planning
Qualifications:
• Aviation maintenance experience/knowledge preferred (especially aircraft component and FAA Airworthiness Directives)
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (primarily to move paperwork around)
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office software; knowledge of System Time Control (STS) preferred
• Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; ‘can do’ attitude
