The UBC Sauder Development and Alumni Engagement team has a mission to inspire involvement and investment in UBC Sauder to drive innovation, further business knowledge, and lead change for a better world. The development team is responsible for leveraging individual philanthropy and business partnerships in support of priority initiatives of the school.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, Donor Engagement and Community Giving, the Advancement Officer (AO) will be responsible for supporting donor engagement strategies and development operations for the unit. The successful candidate will coordinate donor engagement activities, work with data for fundraising reports, and collaborate on the elevation of stewardship practices for donors to UBC Sauder. The AO will work closely with the Manager, fundraisers, and members of the Donor Engagement portfolio on executing activities and strategies, and developing opportunities to highlight donor impact.
The ideal candidate is a team player with donor relations experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for philanthropy and elevating the experience of donors. They are comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and have exceptional attention to detail. Compensation Range
$6,551.00- $ 9,418.83 CAD Monthly
The Compensation Range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for a position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range for a job.
