18.5 hours per week
The working pattern is 6.5 hours on Monday and Tuesday and 5.5 hours on Wednesday, but can be flexible, depending on candidate availability

Access to Learning are looking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated co-ordinator for 18.5 hours per week to research, develop and implement a sustainable and appropriate programme for Adults with Learning Disabilities as part of lifelong learning for learners with Special Educational Needs.
Based on our Abingdon campus, the main part of the role will be to review the existing programme and build and implement a business plan in a number of subject areas to enable learners to have several exciting short opportunities in a variety of programmes. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, and the successful candidate must have relevant experience of working with learners who have Special Educational Needs.
