Job Description
A global Financial Services Organisation is looking for Administrators to join its friendly, inclusive teams in their Worthing or Lancing offices in West Sussex.

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management, administration, and maintenance of client’s employee share plans in line with agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Inputting financial data and information onto spreadsheets and other forms to a high standard and accuracy level within agreed timescales
- Extracting key data and information as needed
- Solving problems, understanding the causes, and fixing them
- Participation in internal and external meetings and liaising with stakeholders
- Risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory requirements
We are looking for an Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and able to adapt to different IT systems.
- A positive, pro-active attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have excellent attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to work.
- Have good communication skills and can explain things clearly to people.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy managing a varied workload, able to prioritise accordingly.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and targets.
- Work well on your own and as part of a professional and friendly team.
- Have the right to work in the UK and are a UK resident.
You will work in teams that are made up of colleagues from a range of backgrounds. You don’t need previous financial services experience as full training on products and internal systems will be provided.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 08.00-17:00 with no weekends or Bank Holidays. Free onsite parking is available.
