Qualified applicants will possess excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills, and willingness to learn new technology. Associate’s degree and one year of administrative support experience preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Ensures attorney timesheets are entered and released in accordance with deadlines.
- Performs time edits as needed by attorneys.
- Performs scan projects for LAAs utilizing Firm software.
- Enters invoices and expense reports in Chrome River for processing.
- Profiles and files documents in the Firm’s document management system (iManage), and as appropriate, files paper copies in files.
- Assists LAAs in file opening processes.
- Creates hearing, deposition, and trial binders for attorneys and paralegals.
- Provides backup support related to Court case pulls and docketing matters, including downloading and profiling/saving pleadings from court websites to iManage.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience working in an administrative capacity is preferred.
