Are you ready to kick-start your career in the legal field? Our Dallas legal team is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join us as an Administrative Support Assistant. If you possess excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for learning, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This position requires in-office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support to legal support staff, attorneys, and paralegals under the mentorship of an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant or Specialist.
- Profiles and uploads documents in the Firm’s electronic document management system, and organizes paper copies in files as appropriate.
- Inputs invoices and attorney expense reports in Chrome River for processing.
- Shares overflow responsibility in document management, filing, photocopying, scanning, or other administrative duties as time permits and as requested by the Practice Support Team Coordinators. Assists team members with overflow in a team environment.
Experience and Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience working in an administrative capacity preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
